JLM系列铁辊碾米机是我公司为满足大米加工规模化经营，采纳并优化国内外各种碾米、抛光等设备的*经验，新开发的一种产量大、碾米集抛光于一体的设备。它具有能耗低、碾白效果好、破碎少，米中无糠粉，表面光亮洁白等特点。更换相关零部件可以做为谷子、玉米等小杂粮抛光机使用。

功能特点：

1、碾米室采用下进料上出料方式，可实现多台串联加工，中间不需要提升机，节省空间；

2、相对于卧式铁辊碾米机而言，该立式机型的碾米均匀度好，出米率高；
3、绞龙辅助进料，产量均匀，运行平稳；
4、和其他型号碾米设备一样，该机喷风风机（比市场上同类产品风量增加20%）与外置风机相结合，形成喷吸相结合的用风方式，并且进风量可以调节，使碾米室内颗粒物料翻滚更加均匀，排糠更干净，米温更低。

Series of JLM Vertical Iron Roller Rice Mill can meet the demands of scale rice mill, the advantages of whiten rice polisher at home and abroad is accepted by this machine. It has the following virtues: low energy consumption, large output, less broken rice and bright appearance of rice. After replacement of related parts, it can be used as millet, corn and other small grain polishing machine.

1. Feeding from bottom to up,can work in series saving the elevator and space;

2. Compared with horizontal whitener,vertical whitener is evenness of rice milling and high productivity;
3. Screw propeller assists feeding, output flow is even without being affected by air volume;

3. The same as other types of rice milling equipment, Equipped with air blower (the air volume of similar products on the market is increased by 20%) , combined with the external air blower,blasting and suction, and can be adjusted to make the material whitening more even in the chamber,less chaff, low temperature.
