The machine realizes simplified operation, one-button production, greatly reducing the 

ex-perience requirements of rice processing operators;

· 可实现米种和加工参数的存贮，更换米种时可直接调用参数，做到加工标准的统一；

It can realize the storage of rice types and processing parameters. When replacing rice types, 

parameters can be directly called to achieve the unity of processing standards;

· 实时监测电流、电压、米温及主轴转速，随时反映加工状态；

Timely monitoring of current, wind pressure, rice temperature and spindle speed, Reflecting 

the processing state all the time;

· 电流波动和压力过大时可自动卸压、避免闷车；

Machine can release pressure automatic to avoid block when current or inner pressure is too 

big;

· 自动监控米仓状态，进料断料时可自动关闭生产，米流恢复后自动开启生产；

Automatically monitor the state of the rice bin, and shut down the production automatically 

when the feed is cut off; 

· 本机能够自动稳定设备内部压力，从而有效降低碎米率；

Stabilized internal pressure therefore it can reduce rice broken rate effectively;

· 本机可有效地延长筛片、砂辊和轴承的使用寿命。
