应用范围： 

  5X系列风筛式种子清选机相对于UF系列 是一种普通型设备。包括5X-5.0和5X-3.0两种机型，通用件占80%左右。该机为大、中、 小型种子加工厂、配套，也可用于场上清选谷物。适用于清选玉米、小麦、大豆、高梁、 水稻等作物种子。

 结构特点： 

  该机主要由喂料、机架、传动、风选及筛选部分构成。其特点： 低频率、大振幅，机器运转平稳。根据不同作物种子及清选难易程度可选择并联或串联流程。设有前后两个风道和两个沉降室，可以随意调整到*风选区状态。 性能稳定，可靠性好.

  5X Serices Air Screen Seed Cleaners Application:5X series air screen seed cleaners include:5X-7.0,5X-5.0 and 5X-3.0Among the three types,the inter changeable parts account for about 80%.The cleaners could be equipped in different seed processing plants or be used to clean grains on the operational site ,which are suitable for maize ,wheat,soybean,sorghum and rice . 

 Structure features:

  The machinery is mainly composed of feed hopper ,frame ,transmission parts,air cleaning and screening. Low frequency,large vibrating amplitude and stable operation.Parallel connection or series connection flows can be chosen according to the differences of seeds and the ease or difficulty for cleaning of the seeds.With front and rear air tunels and two defloating chambers,the optimum state for air cleaning can be obtained as you like. Making use of rubber balls to clean the sieves leads to simple structure ,rare accidents and reduces power consumption.
