如何进行三螺杆泵配套机械密封的更换安装，必须遵循以下几点：

（1）螺杆泵出厂序列号、机械密封的型号、规格是否正确以及是否为带有黄山天曼泵业有限公司三螺杆泵机械密封件标识标志，质量是否符合标准；密封安装前，应确认产品型号及规格与设备要求*。

（2）静环尾部防转槽端与防转销顶部应保持1mm-2mm的轴向间隙，以免缓冲失效。
